自己解決了！   grounded conductor是中性線的意思！grounding conductor是接地線芯！

Grounded Conductor 通常指的是接地電源系統(tǒng)中的 Neutral，而 Neutral 多是在電力公司配線至家中配電箱時就被接地 (Grounded)，"Grounded" 在英文是被動式，所以代表著這接動作己完成，而 Neutral (grounded) 通常是透過一 Grounding Electrode Conductor 接地至大地 (Earth)。
另外 Grounding Conductor 指的接地導體，"grounding" 在英文上是 "正在進行中" 的動作，所以它是將所有必須接地的金屬，如產品的外殼、牆內插座的接地線等全部連結一起，提供一低阻抗路徑。
