負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)車電纜、線束青島區(qū)域的銷售。
一崗位職責(zé)
1、根據(jù)全國(guó)區(qū)域市場(chǎng)發(fā)展和公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)制定總體銷售戰(zhàn)略、銷售計(jì)劃及量化銷售目標(biāo)
2、制定全年銷售費(fèi)用預(yù)算完成公司下達(dá)的銷售任務(wù)
3、制定銷售額、市場(chǎng)覆蓋率、市場(chǎng)占有率等各項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)
4、分解銷售任務(wù)指標(biāo)制定責(zé)任、費(fèi)用評(píng)價(jià)辦法
5、制定、調(diào)整銷售運(yùn)營(yíng)政策
6、組織、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)銷售隊(duì)伍完成銷售目標(biāo)協(xié)調(diào)處理各類市場(chǎng)問(wèn)題
7、匯總、協(xié)調(diào)貨源需求計(jì)劃以及制定貨源調(diào)配計(jì)劃

任職資格:
1、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷。
2、5年以上企業(yè)銷售管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、受過(guò)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)、公共關(guān)系、管理技能開(kāi)發(fā)等方面的培訓(xùn)。
4、對(duì)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作有較深刻認(rèn)知

職位描述
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with (potential) customers. These relationships must include members of the purchasing, logistics/supply chain and engineering department and should strive to include the sales department. Target must be the continuous expansion of the customer base.
- Identification of decision makers at customers and OEMs.
- Investigating, compiling and maintenaning the supply chain mapping (Tier 3-Tier 2-Tier 1-OEM) information and consequently market share information.
- Responsibility for the RFQ process and the price negotiation. Depending on the customers, prices, and resulting margins need to be approved by Department manager/Director/Head Quarter of Leoni BG AM.
- Company and product marketing. This includes but is not limited to the preparation and update of marketing materials, the organisation of LCC-AM’s process and participation of relevant affairs, exhibition, the initiation and conduction of market research projects.
- Support response to customer complaints.
- Accumulating and updating knowledge about SOP data of new car models with the target to:
a) Ensure participation in RFQ-process
b) Support the Product Marketing with information upon likely start of technical design phase.
