R & D capability The laser gyro and inertial systems R&D personnel and designers account for over 30% of our company staffs, which include 3 PhDs, and about 20 masters. Our R&D department covers required core expertise, such as optical cold working, resonant cavity, gyro overall and control, inertial navigation system, inertial navigation algorithm simulation, inertial navigation structure simulation design and so on, for R&D and manufacturing of laser gyro and inertial navigation systems. Our company adheres to the market demand traction technology progress, to provide professional and systematic inertial technology application total solutions for customers, and gradually formed inertial system products, which takes high precision laser gyro as the core, and can be applied to different areas.
