POSITION: Account Representative
OVERVIEW: The Account Representative (AR) is the key day-to-day contact for all our sales and customer support activities. Assigned to a team working collaboratively to support given territories or markets, the Account Representative applies his or her excellent customer service skills and system knowledge to meet the daily needs of the customer.
RELATIONSHIPS:
The Account Representative will take action under the direct supervision of his or her respective Customer Service Manager and indirect supervision from the Regional Manager and Account Manager.. The Customer Service Manager will also work in collaboration with the Account Executives and fellow Account Representatives to meet customer needs. He or she will take action in a manner that supports the Sales Department’s and the Company’s Forward Plan and will take action in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, the Employee Handbook and applicable laws.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Process incoming mail, email, leads and faxes, responding to customer needs and requests.
· Sell Company products to customers, either by promoting products with existing customers or by following up on referrals to prospective customers.
· Work with the Account Manager (AM) to develop quotes.
· Expedite customer orders.
· Work independently, makes solid contributions on a daily basis with minimal direct supervision.
Sales Opportunities
· Share with the AM opportunities to introduce IEWC services to customers
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and services while working with the existing customer. Introduce products and services and identify follow-up time for the AM.
Sales Data
· Maintain accurate and updated data within 20/20 Vision.
· As requested, create and run sales reports and mailing lists.
· Complete and maintain all required paperwork, quotes, records, reports and documentation.
· Keep the Account Manager and Regional Manager informed about competitive products, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing and marketing programs.
· Secure and communicate through 20/20 Vision growth opportunities uncovered through dialog with existing customers.

Education and/or Experience
A Bachelor’s degree majored in Wire and Cable or related. Prior to people of related experience
CET-4 or above, be proficient in reading and writing in English.

POSITION: Senior Sourcing Engineer
OVERVIEW: The Senior Buyer will take actions needed to ensure the successful management of the company’s supply chain with a focus on the products assigned to the position. The actions will include activities in sourcing, training, education, inventory management and project management that may be both departmental and cross-functional in nature.
RELATIONSHIP: He or she will work collaboratively with Purchasing and Suppliers to execute the material plans for the assigned product classes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Purchasing and Inventory Management Activities
Lead the development and execution of material strategies for a grouping of product classes.
Perform to goals regarding cost, quality, delivery, inventory turns and customer on-time for assigned product classes.
Process quotations received from the sales organization to established time targets. Build strong partnerships with existing suppliers via excellent communication and approach to issues.
Assist Purchasing manager in evaluating potential suppliers.
Visit and evaluate suppliers’ manufacturing and technical capabilities.
Assist marketing and sales in solving supply issues impacting markets or customers
Provide technical expertise on products, processes, and systems to Purchasing and other areas of the organization. Process purchase orders, entering into computerized purchasing system.
