我司在測(cè)試一款無(wú)鹵TPE材料做的UL62電源線時(shí)，發(fā)現(xiàn)在熱變形實(shí)驗(yàn)（150度）后，壓的位置附近有裂紋。熱變形本身數(shù)據(jù)是可以通過(guò)的，但是客戶說(shuō)這種裂紋不能接受。查閱了UL標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)里面沒(méi)有提到裂紋的問(wèn)題。不知道各位有沒(méi)有碰到類似問(wèn)題，可否通過(guò)調(diào)整押線工藝來(lái)解決？

可是這個(gè)說(shuō)的是絕緣（insulation），不是護(hù)套（jacketing）啊

是啊，同樓上疑問(wèn)。請(qǐng)高手解釋下，絕緣有裂紋可以嗎？標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了嗎？
