1 用戶想提高電纜絕緣的安全裕度.

2 在地下敷設(shè)如果是垂直敷設(shè)(例如煤礦)有可能用增加厚度來增強其抗拉性能.

具不完全了解,這是國外的一些特殊要求的線,我也是略知一二:

關(guān)于百分比的問題結(jié)實如下:國外要求的100%的絕緣厚度其實就是國內(nèi)4.5的厚度,還有的要求是120%,133%等等的,這好象是線路規(guī)定的等級的大小不同所制。

我看這主要是用戶使用的系統(tǒng)有關(guān)系,由于各國的電壓系統(tǒng)不同引起的.IEC60502中規(guī)定了A\B\C三類系統(tǒng),其中C類要求最高,用戶要求在8.7/10KV基礎(chǔ)上加133%,剛好接近C類的12/20KV等級.這是我的看法不知當(dāng)否?

我很贊成8樓的觀點。在我國GB12706-2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中,明確指出了,U0與U均是指的設(shè)計值,如電壓等級有8.7/10和6/10,它們實際運用當(dāng)中均是用于相電壓為6KV  的系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中,指是電纜的接地情況不一樣,6/10屬于A.B類,而8.7/10由于長期接地運行,那么它的相電壓要發(fā)生漂移,為原來的1.732倍,所以絕緣從3.4變到4.5,絕緣加厚了1.33倍,同樣對于用于A.B類成的8.7/15KV電纜,如用于C類時,絕緣相應(yīng)的就增加到4.5*1.33為6,而我國沒有此類電纜(它的絕緣厚度又比12/20厚一些),因此它只指出加厚絕緣多少,而不能說現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的那一電壓等級.

Go check the ICEA S-94-649-2004 standard (page 21). For 100% level, cable in this category may be applied where the system is provided with relay protection such that ground faults will be cleared as rapidly as possible, but in any case within 1 minutes. the cable standards refer to 100%, 133% and 173% insulation levels. the 100% insulation level is suitable for systems which provide immediate isolation when an earth fault occurs. the time limit is 1 minute. for longer period of up to 1 hour, the 133% issulation level is suitable. if a phase is anticipated to remain earthed indefinitely, or presumably for more than 1 hour, the 173% level applies.

assurance that the faulted section will be de-energized in a time not exceeding 1 hour. Also, they shall be permitted to be used in 100 percent insulation

level applications where additional insulation is desirable.

3 173 Percent Insulation Level. Cables in this category shall be permitted to be applied under all of the following conditions:

(1) In industrial establishments where the conditions of maintenance and supervision ensure that only qualified persons service the installation

(2) Where the fault clearing time requirements of the 133 percent level category cannot be met

(3) Where an orderly shutdown is essential to protect equipment and personnel

(4) There is adequate assurance that the faulted section will be de-energized in an orderly shutdown

Also, cables with this insulation thickness shall be permitted to be used in 100 or 133 percent insulation level applications where additional insulation
