我發(fā)表一點個人看法(僅供參考):
1 用戶想提高電纜絕緣的安全裕度.
2 在地下敷設(shè)如果是垂直敷設(shè)(例如煤礦)有可能用增加厚度來增強其抗拉性能.
注:怎么不問一下用戶呢,問到了發(fā)貼告訴我,我也學(xué)習(xí)一下.

具不完全了解,這是國外的一些特殊要求的線,我也是略知一二:
關(guān)于百分比的問題結(jié)實如下:國外要求的100%的絕緣厚度其實就是國內(nèi)4.5的厚度,還有的要求是120%,133%等等的,這好象是線路規(guī)定的等級的大小不同所制。

我看這主要是用戶使用的系統(tǒng)有關(guān)系,由于各國的電壓系統(tǒng)不同引起的.IEC60502中規(guī)定了A\B\C三類系統(tǒng),其中C類要求最高,用戶要求在8.7/10KV基礎(chǔ)上加133%,剛好接近C類的12/20KV等級.這是我的看法不知當(dāng)否?

同意樓上說法.但我建議最好看用戶按什么標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的.看下該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和GB要求的絕緣厚度是否相同再說吧.xinpeng:
也可能跟國外電力系統(tǒng)頻率有關(guān),我國的都是50HZ,而國外的就不一樣,有60HZ的或更高的,所以對電纜的要求也會提高!

頻率不同,電纜厚度不會相差這么大。

目前我公司為國外用戶提供的中壓電纜多數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為12/20KV,有的用戶要求銅屏蔽層全部是銅絲!

跟電纜接地故障時間有關(guān),按照IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn),應(yīng)該是電纜接地的C類系統(tǒng),A類為100%水平,B類為115%水平,C類為133%水平!

Go check the ICEA S-94-649-2004 standard (page 21). For 100% level, cable in this category may be applied where the system is provided with relay protection such that ground faults will be cleared as rapidly as possible, but in any case within 1 minutes. And for 133% level, a little bit longer, but not exceeding 1 hour. Hope it's helpful.

the cable standards refer to 100%, 133% and 173% insulation levels. the 100% insulation level is suitable for systems which provide immediate isolation when an earth fault occurs. the time limit is 1 minute. for longer period of up to 1 hour, the 133% issulation level is suitable. if a phase is anticipated to remain earthed indefinitely, or presumably for more than 1 hour, the 173% level applies.

美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對3類絕緣水平的規(guī)定:
100%絕緣水平:故障切除時間不超過1min,用于直接接地或經(jīng)小電阻接地系統(tǒng)中

我們有個菲律賓客戶專門訂這樣的線,但都是單芯的10KV和35KV

增加133%是按B類系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的,這種系統(tǒng)的變壓器中性點是經(jīng)過消弧線圈接地,具有一定的阻抗。在輸出端一相接地短路時,變壓器中性點向接地一相偏移,但偏移量不大。理論上偏移量介于A類系統(tǒng)(中性點直接接地)和C類系統(tǒng)(中性點不接地)之間,根據(jù)消弧線圈的阻抗情況,所以規(guī)定設(shè)計電壓為原額定電壓的1.33倍,也就是樓主所述的絕緣厚度要厚上133%。
