工作職責(zé):
1. Issuing of technicaldocumentations such as installation manuals, datasheets etc
2. Issuing sales supportiveproduct documentation
3. Assisting TechnicalEngineer in analyzing test reports4. Providing CSR assistanceand internal assessments.
5. Following up internalinquiries.
6. Maintain and issuemonthly raw material tracker for index based commodities7. Maintaining and issuemonthly tracker of exchange rates, freight charges and delivery performance.
8. Maintaining weekly ordertrackers.
9. Interpretation andtranslation support
10.Sample coordinator11.Working with all membersof the Asia Pacific team to assist in the continuous improvement of the operation,in particular documentation aspects and processes to ensure best practice isconsistently applied.
12.Assist in sourcingactivities
13.To ensure that internalcustomers receive a value added service from the division.
14.Perform all other dutiesas assigned.
工作技能:
Experiencedin Telecom Industry
Familiarwith structure cabling and cabling products
Theapplication of statistical data analysis.
Softwareskills – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,
Engineering/ Technical degree or relevant experience
Highlevel of competence in English – Spoken and Written.
