自己查到的一些資料，供大家參卡， 以300/500V為例
rated voltage U。（300V）---the power-frequency voltage to earth for which the cable is designed 額定電壓U。是電線跟地面的電壓
rated voltage U (500V)----- the power-frequency voltage betwwen conductors for which the cable is designed 額定電壓U是導(dǎo)體之間的電壓
