POSITION: Senior Marketing Analyst
Overview: The primary objective is to become an integral member of IEWC team in supporting our marketing and business development activities. The role is responsible for coordinating all of the marketing efforts related to promotional material, advertising, tradeshows, lead management and the IEWC website.
POSITION RELATIONSHIPS: He or she will work collaboratively within the organization to attain desired outcomes with a primary focus on growth in market share, sales revenues and margins. This role is also expected to be the primary liaison with external contacts/vendors relating specifically to IEWC’s overall marketing platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Image & Communications
Manage all aspects of tradeshows, conferences and industry events
Work with purchasing and sales to develop and implement special product and supplier promotions
Manage all aspects of marketing literature, catalogs, the Connection newsletter and promotional giveaways
Enhance and maintain an up-to-date corporate website complete with product search capabilities, press releases and multiple languages
Analytical Support/Project Management
Develop an integrated marketing plan in conjunction with suppliers, purchasing and sales including need for information to be available in multiple languages
Lead marketing integration activities supporting business development and M&A
Sales Support
Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally covering such items as IEWC products and services; industry, market and product trends; channel development initiatives; and distribution industry best practices
Assist in the support of field sales with presentations and promotional materials
Training
Participate in ongoing development of IEWC’s product and sales training programs
Participate in technical training and development of IEWC’s sales employees, regarding both product knowledge and computer tools/skills
Administrative
Make recommendations to all functional managers on continuous improvement initiatives that will find favor in the marketplace
Assist in IEWC’s computer interfaces relating to order entry, information flow and data integrity

Education and/or Experience
A bachelor’s degree of science or above, 3 to 5 years marketing experience in wire and cable industry,or a combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
CET-6 or above, proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English
Travel
10% to 30% travel required to perform work.
