2、 產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明
電線電纜用輻照交聯(lián)聚氯乙烯絕緣料是以聚氯乙烯樹脂為基料,加入增塑劑、穩(wěn)定劑、顏料等助劑,經(jīng)混合、塑化、造粒而制得的粒狀料。產(chǎn)品系列化:可增加不同硬度、耐侯耐紫外線、環(huán)保(RoHs、 PAHs、無(wú)DOP、無(wú)氯化烷烴、無(wú)鄰苯類等)、亞光霧面、耐低溫、耐PS/ABS遷移、防鼠咬、防白蟻、透明等各種特殊性能。
ⅱ、Irradiation cross-linked PVC insulating compound for wires and cables, based on PVC resin ,is made into granula by mixing, plastification and granulation with adding plasticizer, stabilizing agent, pigment and etc .The products meet various special requirements,such as different hardness,Uv stable,enviroment friend (RoHs,PAHs,DOPfree,chlorinated alkanes free,phthalate free,and ect.) sub-shine and fog surface,low temperature resistant ,PS/ABS transfer proof,rodent-repellent,termite-repellent,and tansparent,and etc.
3、加工工藝
采用一般擠出機(jī)加工,L/D≥20。
ⅲ、Processing:
It is recommended that compound should be processed with common extruder having a minimum L/D ratio of 20.
推薦擠出機(jī)各區(qū)點(diǎn)設(shè)定溫度如下:

4、儲(chǔ)存與運(yùn)輸
包裝:25kg一袋,聚乙烯薄膜內(nèi)袋,牛皮紙復(fù)合袋外包裝。
運(yùn)輸與儲(chǔ)存:電纜料在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中不應(yīng)受日曬雨淋,應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存在清潔、陰涼、干燥、通風(fēng)的倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)。
ⅳ、Storage and transport
Packaging:25kg/bag, PE membrane inside bag and Kraft outside bag.
Storage and transport: Avoiding in direct sunlight and weathering. The storage place should be in clean, cool, dry, and ventilated conditions.
