從來(lái)沒(méi)有實(shí)踐過(guò)滑動(dòng)式拉絲機(jī)的配模,現(xiàn)在設(shè)備廠家提供了常見(jiàn)規(guī)格的1.5mm2、2.5mm2、4mm2、6mm2配模表,我當(dāng)時(shí)沒(méi)有考慮到出模后退火銅線軟化被拉細(xì)4~5um問(wèn)題,所提供的廠家的尺寸偏小了,F(xiàn)在我按放大的尺寸重新配模并和廠家的配模表比較,請(qǐng)大家?guī)椭赋霾蛔阒帯?/P>

我還想請(qǐng)教一下2.52mm的圓銅線配模表,我配的會(huì)不會(huì)太離譜,東佳港的設(shè)備最后定速輪的速比變化范圍是1.05~1.26,我用到了1.25,是不是太大了,請(qǐng)大家指教。

東佳港的設(shè)備現(xiàn)在可以做到快速換模,但設(shè)備質(zhì)量一般,你說(shuō)的出線會(huì)縮絲主要是設(shè)備精度的問(wèn)題,他們的設(shè)備一般變化最大就三個(gè)地方:定速輪、退火柜,收線,這些地方有問(wèn)題,你調(diào)整模具只能減小定速輪的縮絲,后面兩個(gè)你是無(wú)法控制和調(diào)整的,所以,按我個(gè)人估計(jì),他們的設(shè)備3~4絲的縮絲在所難免,你可以自己實(shí)際測(cè)量下。產(chǎn)品用來(lái)做力纜還行,如果做塑料線或控纜就小心了。。

后面比前面稍好些。放心,只要模具質(zhì)量好,不會(huì)斷線。

如果不是托我就多說(shuō)幾句,我同意樓上的觀點(diǎn),后一套要順點(diǎn),應(yīng)該不會(huì)有問(wèn)題;
你要采用聚晶模我給你個(gè)建議:
不論是哪個(gè)廠家的,你最好先借一套相近規(guī)格的模具試?yán)幌,設(shè)備好速比應(yīng)該沒(méi)問(wèn)題,但東佳港的我不好說(shuō),我們自己的設(shè)備,設(shè)備制造廠家就不說(shuō)了,比東佳港好,是個(gè)老牌的電工設(shè)備廠家設(shè)備,我們?cè)瓉?lái)用碳化鎢的,后改用聚晶模,就1臺(tái)設(shè)備(有兩臺(tái),不同時(shí)間采購(gòu)),無(wú)論采用怎樣的配模(原廠配模表、碳化鎢配模(用了2年多)、其他廠同樣設(shè)備配模)都是兩個(gè)結(jié)果之一,拉斷或壓線,一開(kāi)機(jī)加速就斷線,一根線沒(méi)拉出來(lái),只好繼續(xù)沿用碳化鎢的模具,新買聚晶模也只有閑置,規(guī)格大點(diǎn)的該做緊壓模具,規(guī)格小點(diǎn)的車小當(dāng)中拉過(guò)線用,最后總結(jié)出來(lái)兩個(gè)東西:
1.plc控制不穩(wěn)定,控制有偏差;
2.電控的梯形圖設(shè)計(jì)很關(guān)鍵,一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤的設(shè)計(jì)將導(dǎo)致很多問(wèn)題,類似東佳港這樣的公司很難有像樣的電氣技術(shù)人員;
但這都是設(shè)備缺陷,改動(dòng)很麻煩,也很困難;
給你的建議:
1.模具盡可能小點(diǎn),即便有問(wèn)題調(diào)整的余地較大;
2.采購(gòu)時(shí)和廠家談好,盡量讓他們給予一定的承諾和技術(shù)支持,畢竟他們碰到的客戶比你差的還有,比你糟的還有,經(jīng)驗(yàn)是會(huì)有點(diǎn)的;
3.模具不能將就設(shè)備,,要有一定的裕量,否者你設(shè)備維護(hù)后會(huì)出現(xiàn)這套模具不能用的情況;
4.最后,建議你模具不用買太好的,可以用就行,國(guó)產(chǎn)聚晶(cd)即可,你的設(shè)備不是好設(shè)備,可能出現(xiàn)模具壽命比設(shè)備還長(zhǎng)的事件。
